How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data for the entire duration of your contract so that we can provide you with our services. After the termination of the contractual relationship and the settlement of all obligations arising from or related to the contract, we store your personal data for the required time, for a period of up to 10 years, which is required by applicable law.

The storage period for personal data is mainly determined by Law no. 431/2002 Z. z. o účtovníctve v znení neskorších predpisov a zákona č. 40/1964 Zb. Občiansky zákonník v znení neskorších predpisov SR.

If you have entered into a contract with Irina Konovalova and have given us consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, this consent is valid for the duration of the contractual relationship with Irina Konovalova and for the next 5 years after the termination of such contractual relationship or until you cancel consent. If you have not entered into an agreement with Irina Konovalova and have given us consent only for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, this consent is valid for 5 years from the date of its provision or until you withdraw your consent. If you conclude an agreement with Irina Konovalova, the specified period for processing personal data is calculated in accordance with the above rules in accordance with the last concluded agreement.

Right to rectification

Right to erasure
In some cases provided by law, we are required to delete your personal data at your direction.
