After the termination of the contractual relationship and the settlement of all obligations arising from or related to the contract, we store your personal data for the required time, for a period of up to 10 years, which is required by applicable law.
The storage period for personal data is mainly determined by Law no. 431/2002 Z. z. o účtovníctve v znení neskorších predpisov a zákona č. 40/1964 Zb. Občiansky zákonník v znení neskorších predpisov SR.
If you have entered into a contract with Irina Konovalova and have given us consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, this consent is valid for the duration of the contractual relationship with Irina Konovalova and for the next 5 years after the termination of such contractual relationship or until you cancel consent.
