How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data for the entire duration of your contract so that we can provide you with our services. After the termination of the contractual relationship and the settlement of all obligations arising from or related to the contract, we store your personal data for the required time, for a period of up to 10 years, which is required by applicable law.

The storage period for personal data is mainly determined by Law no. 431/2002 Z. z. o účtovníctve v znení neskorších predpisov a zákona č. 40/1964 Zb. Občiansky zákonník v znení neskorších predpisov SR.

We have a contract with these intermediaries for the processing of personal data, and we are also required to comply with strict rules for the protection of personal data, including confidentiality, in order to maintain the highest standard of legal protection in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law in the Slovak Republic.
